Applicants must be full-time Rider employees, regardless of gender identity, and have a minimum of two years of service.

Evaluation Criteria

All applications for The Mazzotti Awards for the Development of Women Leaders will be evaluated based upon the following criteria:

  1. Articulation of the stated professional goals of the applicant.
  2. Alignment between the program of interest and the applicant's stated goals in support of the inclusion, advancement and well-being of women in leadership at º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½.
  3. Clear articulation of the expected outcomes from the program on the stated professional goals of the applicant and the benefit of the program to the º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ community.

Post Leadership Program Requirements

To help measure the impact of all external leadership programs as well as internal leadership efforts, upon completion of training, award recipient must provide a written summary answering the following:

  1. Identify acquired skills.
  2. Describe changed behaviors.
  3. Describe a project or initiative that you are currently planning, enhancing, or newly implementing, that has been impacted as a result of your attendance at the leadership development program.
  4. Indicate how you will mentor or share what you learned with others.

Additionally, award recipients will give a presentation about their leadership development program experience at a program event.
