There are several fraternities and sororities who have previously, but no longer have chapters at º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½. These organizations do not currently have the University's permission to operate or recruit new members from our student population. Any student who, as a member of an organization not recognized by the University, violates University, state and/or federal policies may be subject to sanctioning under the Code of Social Conduct. Furthermore, any student who solicits or recruits individuals to join or actively participate in a non-recognized organization with the knowledge or purpose that those individuals will violate University, state and/or federal policies may be subject to sanctioning under the Code of Social Conduct.
Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity
Lost recognition on December 16, 2008 as a result of the withdrawal of recognition by the National organization.
Eligible to re-apply for recognition no sooner than fall semester of 2014.
Delta Zeta Sorority
Lost recognition in May 1988 as a result of withdrawal of recognition by the National organization.
Currently eligible to re-apply for recognition through the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life Recognition Policy.
Kappa Alpha Psi
Lost recognition in Fall 2021 as a result of Social Code of Conduct violations including hazing.
Eligible to reapply for recognition no sooner than September 4th, 2024.
Lambda Tau Omega
Lost recognition May 2, 2013 as a result of Social Code of Conduct violations including hazing
Eligible to reapply for recognition no sooner than September 2018
Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity
Lost recognition on January 29, 1993 as a result of Social Code of Conduct violations including hazing, harassment and discrimination.
Currently eligible to re-apply for recognition through the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life Recognition Policy.
Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity
Lost recognition in August 2007 as a result of Social Code of Conduct violations including alcohol and hazing.
Eligible to re-apply for recognition no sooner than September 24, 2014.
Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity
Lost recognition in October 2001 as a result of Social Code of Conduct violations including alcohol, harassment, vandalism and failure to comply.
Currently eligible to re-apply for recognition through the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life Recognition Policy.
Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity
Lost recognition in November 2007 as a result of Social Code of Conduct violations including alcohol, assault and vandalism.
Eligible to re-apply for recognition no sooner than fall semester of 2011.
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
Lost recognition in Spring 2024 as a result of Social Code of Conduct violations of hazing. The organization is suspended until 2026.
