The University is one of only 27 institutions nationwide to be recognized

含羞草传媒 was once again named a Most Promising Place to Work in Student Affairs by Diverse: Issues in Higher Education and ACPA: College Student Educators International. This is the University鈥檚 third consecutive year being recognized.
The national recognition highlights organizations with an enduring and exemplary commitment to workplace diversity within student affairs, examining categories such as family friendliness, salary and benefits, and professional development opportunities.

One of only 27 institutions in the nation to receive the honor, Rider鈥檚 Division of Student Affairs aspires to uplift and support underrepresented, under-resourced and marginalized students, while advancing multicultural understanding and contributing meaningfully to institutional issues that promote equity and inclusion.
Rider is deeply committed to providing a vibrant living and learning community where all people, inclusive of their identities, backgrounds and experiences, are celebrated. In alignment with Rider鈥檚 Inclusive Excellence Plan and strategic plan, the University has explicit goals around institutional inclusion and emphasizes being an employer of choice.
Rider has also been recognized as a First-gen Forward Institution and received four out of five stars on the Campus Pride Index 鈥 a national listing of LGBTQ+ friendly colleges and universities.
